Simon out of town

Today I head over to our headquarters in Chicago for a 3 day training on story and video.

Karl is top scorer

Can you beleive it. We started Karl in little league baseball this year to help him seat in better in the US culture.
At the first practice when it was time for him to step up to the plate he told the coach that he had never held a baseball bat and didn't know the rules. The coach said something like "Just pretend it cricket with a horizontal bat".
They have played 7 games so far and it looks like Karl is a natural. 1 stike out in 7 games, 13 runs, 22 base hits. He is doing well. As is Schlomo one of his Jewish teammates.

Big Storm

Last night we had a big storm that moved through the cities. After a really loud crack at about 2am, we came outside to see this tree down across the road in front of our house - complete with burn marks!
