Study Leave/Holiday

This Monday signaled the beginning of 2 weeks study leave for me. I am finishing a research paper dealing with the way Israel dealt with the alien, the foreigner and the stranger particularly in the OT. Hopefully this will serve as a primer for a more in depth theology dealing with the church's mandate for dealing with those who are other - particularly the refugee.
I'll post some snippets from the completed piece.

On the end of the 2 weeks, I will take a few days holiday - the final days of the our boys amazing (yet normal here) 3 months summer break. I will then heap praises and maybe flowers on Sue who not only navigated the time with them at home well - but who managed to study for her drivers licence and the NCLEX exam. Her work ethic makes me look like a slob.
She is amazing.
